Customs Affairs foils the trafficking of 205,429 Captagon pills
The Customs Affairs, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science, has foiled the trafficking of 205,429 Captagon pills in a wooden package.
The customs officers searched the package after suspecting its contents to find the narcotics hidden inside it. The found items were referred to the General Directorate for legal proceedings.
The General Directorate launched an investigation that revealed that the package was heading to an individual in a Gulf country. As a result, the relevant security authorities there were contacted for his arrest.
