HE Interior Minister receives President of Customs
His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received on Monday His Excellency President of Customs Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa for his reelection as the Chairperson of the World Customs Organisation (WCO) Council. He won unopposed for the second time.
HE Interior Minister congratulated him for winning this prestigious post that reflects the reputation of Bahrain and the capabilities of Bahrainis in carrying essential international tasks.
He stressed the potentials and expertise of the President of Customs and his remarkable contributions to the WCO with its influence on the global economy. He wished him all the best in his new assignments.
